1. Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use the 54jl Services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations
• Be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address
• Not have been previously banned or excluded from 54jl or any affiliated platform
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or using someone else's identity

1.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify 54jl of any unauthorized access or security breach. You accept full liability for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until you notify us of the security compromise.

54jl will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to our security team.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 54jl account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of any bonuses, winnings, or balances.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest behavior

3.3 Game Integrity and Random Number Generators

All games on the 54jl platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are certified by independent testing laboratories. 54jl does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account

• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith

In cases of account termination due to Terms violations, 54jl reserves the right to withhold any or all account funds including deposits, bonuses, and winnings. Terminated players forfeit the right to reopen accounts or create new accounts on the 54jl platform.

5.3 Self-Exclusion

Players concerned about their gaming habits may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion:

• Your account will be locked and inaccessible
• You will be removed from all marketing communications
• Any attempts to create new accounts will be blocked

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Services and close your Account.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Waiver

No failure or delay by 54jl in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 54jl.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from 54jl. 54jl may freely assign its rights and obligations to any affiliated entity or successor.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 54jl regarding your use of the Services, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.

13.5 Force Majeure

54jl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
